What the HELL are Sonic Team thinking?!?!
"Shadow of the Hedgehog follows character Shadow on a new adventure. Armed with a gun and the ability to speed and soar, the mascot can quickly zoom through levels, or stop in mid-air and shoot down opponents."
At least the soundtrack will be good, I guess.

Yeah, a bit of a drag. But to be honest, the footage video doesn't seem too bad, but I'm still unimpressed. I can't believe its comingout this fall, and we've only just heard about it now.

Jesus. I have to play it to know if I'm going to like it... but... WHY did they call it "SONIC Adventure 3"? IT'S SHADOW!
Of all the Sonic series, I think the 'Team has managed to get away furthest from Sonic here. = I'm going to have to see for myself, but... *sigh* it's a disappointing thing that cool blue won't be a playable char here.
If this is "Max Payne" and "The Matrix" in Sonic... excuse me... SHADOW form, I'm buying a ticket to fly to Tokyo so I can throw the disc at SEGA HQ. Please tell me the storyline at least advances...
Oh I hope the OST kicks ass though... who worked it though?

It's working title is just "Shadow the Hedgehog," not Sonic Adventure 3.

I'm sure Jun is working on the soundtrack, like the previous games. Maybe it'll be darker and more "metal-like" instead of the melodic stuff we're used to from him. It'll be an interesting change, either way. I'm not completely losing hope: I mean, I enjoyed Sonic Heroes quite a bit, so this will probably be fun, too.

Hey, all this chat gives me hope... it'll be more like an interactive music video. XD
Heh... it's wierd... I discussed with some friends, since everyone that makes those fanvids or puts lyrics to a picture a lot of the time uses a Linkin Park song or type of song, why doesn't Jun use that sound for that character?
I'm not a Linkin Park fan, but I think that the sound is interesting and can lead to new horizon's for our unclassifiably-rock artist we love so much here.
Thanks for clearing up it's not SA3. *Phew* That removes most of my disappointment. Still, Shad spraying the joint with an AK-47 just seems unatural to me...
Say... maybe there can be a chao mini-game too!

Hmm....
I was having a conv with my mate the other week about Sonic Games with Guns....
If anything, we thought it would be better with the martial art part of the matrix instead of the guns.
But that's just me talking..
Does ne 1 know what platform it'll be released on and also will ther be a Sonic Aventure 3? I'm quite curious about if they'll xtend the story line...

edit: nevermind, i found one....it looks ok! i like the part where it looks like he is just hovering at what looks to be a zillion miles an hour!
but, JEZ, a gun?!!?!?!?! hmmm......i kinda see why they put one in there but not fully because kids are gonna wanna buy this and see that it is cool and start shooting people! i bet it will be rated T...

I'm... I have no words... but... I think the soundtrack will be good, I hope so..., after all it's Jun music, right?
Now for the game... if it was Sonic Adventure 3 I'd be confused with Shadow there... even though the working title is "Shadow the Hedgehog" the guns don't sound right to me. I mean isn't Sonic/Shadow (any character of sonic world) games about speed? Nice homming attacks or else sound better to me. However, I need to play it to give my real opinion.
Just one more thing to say... I'm a fan of Shadow (Fangirl, I guess) I don't drool for him u_u, just I love his nice mysterious personality *sigh* If this game could be the ruin of Shadow as an interesting char I'd prefer he just never have come back from death... Please, Sonic Team, surprise me, or I'm going to feel the need to buy a ticket to Tokyo as well, or just give my disc to Wasabi...

Why the hell would he need a gun anyway? He's fast enough to get them anyway. He'd be faster then a freakin' bullet anyway...the mind boggles
