The members thing is to do with timeouts. I set the limit at 5 minutes of inactivity before someone is logged out. I'm logging in and out to test things, so the numbers will skyrocket for a bit.

Karma is a user rating sorta thing. If someone does something good, you give them a +1, if they do something bad, you give them -1. Think of it as a reputation. You can give a person +1 every 24 hours.http://myspace.com/parmindergill
