MegaDriver - 2008/10/06 18:07 I found that band a couple of days ago because they released an album which called "Metalhog". It contains music from old (Sonic 1,2,3) Sonic games, which performed in metal style. This guys also performed music fron many retro games from Sega Genesis and other old consoles. I must say - they are got a potential, but since they are young - they need just a little more experience and practice. They plays their own "Game metal" and I think, that it is very interesting - to listen music from games, which you played 5 or 10 years ago. If only they recorded their music in professional recording studio it will become much better... So - what do you think about this band?

On another note, these could fit for metal sonic themes couldn't they? LOL. I don't know, the album with the metal sonic running made me think of the actual metal sonic. ~The Angel With Amber Wings~

The only thing that annoys me is the extremely overused Screechy Guitar sounds effects (they REALLY hurt my ears).

The only songs I seem to like on the album are Ice Cap, Chemical Plant and Emerald Hill.

I was hoping that their cover of Live and Learn would be good but it only sucked because it was recorded REALLY badly, and it had lots of screechy guitar effects in them
